Turbo console turns on and read card games but the screens goes up down. The person that gave me the console told he replaced old capacitors for new ones thinking could fix issue but couldn't. CD console turns on but games CDs does not spin. Console comes with everything you see in pictures.

The ninja spirit game its not working I don't know if it can be fixed or so I'll given for free with purchase. The protector case of the console is missing two clips. Controller seems to work fine. Other than that I don't know much about this console so if you are interested on buying it remember is sold as for parts/repair.
