I did not have any issues with the system in tests. It is comes with the console, two controllers, AC Adapter Nintendo and AV cables. The AC Adapter is a Nintendo one. Please consider the games as a bonus.

Please see the included pictures for an idea of condition console and what is exactly. The console has minor wears, marks and scratches. One of the controllers d-pad has issues and doesn't register down right. I have included 3 games with the console.

Please remember that this is an old vintage console so it may require extra cleaning of the connection or games to get a good enough for work. I did not notice anything wrong with the video or sound output. Please also note that this is a Japanese system so it will have to be used with Mega Drive games. I have tested the system with various games and it worked fine.

Please understand that this is a very old console and while it worked for me there no guarantee of how well will function. This offer is for a Japanese Sega Mega Drive console.
